Når det kommer til afslappende bådture, er denne i en liga for sig selv. En sejltur langs Korfus kyst mod solnedgangen er, hvad ferie handler om. Jeg har siden en ung alder været passioneret omkring sejlads. Fra da jeg var 15-år, begyndte jeg at tage sejlundervisning, og derefter deltog jeg i en række konkurrencer over hele verden. Senere ønskede jeg at gøre min passion til mit erhverv".

But I enjoy even more welcoming guests on board, telling them stories about Corfu and sharing a meal with them.'Once you step aboard Theo's boat, you'll be in full-on holiday mode as we sail past coves, bays, soaring cliffs and beaches. Corfu Blue Caves cruise with swim stops and onboard lunch

With fantastic scenery on the agenda and lunch on board to look forward to, this cruise invites you to relax. We'll set sail for an island adventure on the Ionian Sea, setting out from Imerolia port. First up, we'll head for the rugged island of Kapareli. It's the perfect backdrop for a photoshoot, and you'll have plenty of time to capture great photos from the comfort of the boat.Next, we'll make our way to the beach of Limnopoula, a natural bay with calm, green-blue water. Here, you'll have the opportunity to swim and soak up the sun, and we'll serve lunch on board so you won't have to worry about a thing.After lunch, we'll continue our cruise in the direction of Saint Arsenious bay and its Blue caves, where you can enjoy another refreshing swim. Sites & Bites: Corfu Old Town, Greek doughnuts and ouzo

Corfu's cuisine, bustling town square and old fortress are the highlights of this half-day guided walking tour. You'll start at the Old Fortress of Corfu, a Venetian fortress dating back to the early 15th century, with some eye-catching views over the town. Eleni, one of our expert local guides, says “this fortress gives you a peek into Corfu's rich history. Keep an eye out for its two peaks – Castel a Terra, or Castle near the Land, and Castel a Mare, which means Castle by the Sea in English. They really show off the military defence architecture from the Venetian era.”Next, you'll stroll through the old town's winding alleyways, known as kantounia, towards Greece's largest plaza – Spianada Square. As you wander between the pastel-coloured buildings, you'll make a few stops to sample local treats, like ouzo and kumquat liqueurs. Plus, you'll learn how olive oil is produced before a tasting session. Then, you'll get to sample another Greek treat – loukoumades. These golden, crispy doughnuts are soaked in warm honey and are often sprinkled with cinnamon and nuts – you'll see why this sweet snack is a favourite in the Mediterranean.After your tasting sessions, you'll have some free time to check out the old town at your own pace. There are plenty of cafes and tavernas if you want to recharge before heading back to your accommodation, or you can shop for souvenirs in some of the local stores – you'll find olive oil products, liqueurs, and handcrafted leather goods on offer.

Tragic Empress Sisi fell in love with the island – and you'll see why on this adults-only tour laden with fishing harbours, a deserted village, a fortress and amazing scenery. Eleni, one of our guides, says of her favourite stop, ‘I've lived here all my life – and yet the first time I visited Old Perithia, I thought that I was in heaven. That's how special it is.'You won't have long to wait to discover it, but first up is Bella Vista. Here, you can gaze at the Paleocastritsa coastline from above. ‘The views over heart-shaped bays will reveal why locals call it the Balcony of the Gods,' says Sofia, another of our expert local guides. Next, you'll head to the once-abandoned village of Old Perithia. Take a stroll among restored Venetian-era stone dwellings and groves teeming with wildflowers, almond, oak and walnut trees. ‘You'll not only get the historic background,' says Eleni. ‘But also the stories hidden in the walls of the abandoned houses.'En route to Kassiopi, we'll enjoy lunch with local wine in a family owned taverna. Kassiopi, with its busy little fishing harbour and pretty lace shops, is a delight. Rounding off the day is a visit to Corfu town's Venetian-built Old Fortress.
