Step inside the Dinosaurs gallery, where you’ll be greeted by the fearsome Tyrannosaurus Rex. Follow along with an audio tour as you uncover part of the first T. rex skeleton ever discovered and an amazing triceratops skull. With 23 points of interest, explore the Mammals gallery and take snaps of the fossils of mammoths, big cats and the reptile-like mammal ancestor, Cynognathus.

A cloakroom is available to store coats (£3), umbrellas (£2), fold-up prams and fold-up bikes (£4). It is not recommended to store large bags and suitcases (£4-£5) as limited space is available
