After a pick up at your Parisian hotel at 9:00 am, your guide will take you a few kilometers away from Paris where the fascinating castles of Fontainebleau and Vaux-le-Vicomte are hidden.

During your excursion, you will discover the Fontainebleau castle, famous for being the last residence of Napoleon Bonaparte before his last exile. This castle has also been a favorite summer home of 34 Kings and 2 Emperors during the 800 years of our history!

The visit will continue to the chateau of Vaux-le-Vicomte built for Nicolas Fouquet, Louis XIV's superintendent of finance. Louis XIV took this legendary site as a model for the construction of the Palace of Versailles.
