Everything was super. Hotel immaculate and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Food was amazing - could have been given more info about how à la carte worked when on half board and drinks were very expensive . Location couldn’t have been better and the brand new spa had the best facilities we have seen. Such a beautiful hotel and location overlooking the lake.
Hop on a motorboat in Stresa and head to discover the stunning Isola Bella, the most famous among the Borromean Islands, set in the middle of Lake Maggiore.
Here you'll have the chance to visit its striking and well-known Borromean palace and, while you get lost in the corridors and rooms, you'll get to admire the countless masterpieces you'll encounter. You can also spend some time relaxing and strolling around a typical seventeenth-century Italian garden, which expands on ten different terraces.
At 2 full hours of walking and exploring, you'll board back on the motorboat and you'll be taken back to Stresa.
